This policy explains what Pyramid Golds ("we", "us") collects when you use pyramidgolds.in, our website chat assistant, or WhatsApp, and how we use it. We are a jewellery and gold bullion business based in Srinagar, Kashmir.
What we collect
- Chat messages you type into the chat assistant on this website.
- Contact details you choose to share, such as your name, phone or WhatsApp number, or email address, together with a short note of what you asked about.
- Basic technical data, such as your IP address, used only to stop abuse (for example, limiting how many messages can be sent in an hour).
We do not ask for payment details, ID documents or passwords through the website or the chat assistant.
How we use it
- To answer your questions about our jewellery, bullion and buy-back service.
- To contact you about your enquiry, for example with a price quote, when you have shared your details for that purpose.
- To let our owner know, by WhatsApp, that a visitor would like to speak to someone in the store.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Services that process it for us
- OpenAI generates the chat assistant's replies from your messages.
- Cloudflare runs the chat service and briefly stores chat status.
- Google (Google Sheets) stores the enquiries you ask us to follow up on.
- Meta (WhatsApp) delivers messages between you or the website and our team.
How long we keep it
Chat status used to reach the owner is deleted automatically within a day. Enquiries you ask us to follow up on are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and keep basic business records, after which they are deleted.
Deleting your data
To see, correct or delete the details you have shared with us, message us on WhatsApp at +91 80825 56365 with the words "delete my data" and the number or email you used. We will remove your details from our records and confirm on WhatsApp.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
